Welcome

My Journey & Approach

I'm a certified breathwork and meditation teacher, dedicated to helping others discover the transformational power of conscious breathing and ancient wisdom. I am passionate about finding ways to understand myself better, bring my shadows to light and making peace with them so I can be my best version, a different one every day if I chose to, not only for my benefit, but also to benefit those around me.

Forest path representing personal journey

My Journey

My journey into breathwork began during a period of profound personal crisis. After years of incorporating different practices and exploring all sorts of philosophies, I discovered the power of conscious connected breathing quite by accident—and it changed everything.

What started as a simple breathing practice became a gateway to healing trauma I had recently acknowledged I was carrying for years. During the breathwork I accessed an altered state of consciousness; new synapses in my brain allowed me to see past situations from a different perspective and I could finally process old memories. This allowed me to connect with a depth of peace and vitality I had long forgotten was possible. I could recognize that the decisions that took me where I was belonged to the past, and that now, by taking responsibility, I could create any future I could think of—and that was truly liberating.

This experience catalyzed a complete transformation in my life and set me on a path of deep study and practice. I immersed myself in various breathwork traditions, studied with masters from different lineages, and eventually became certified to guide others on this journey.

My Approach

I believe that true transformation requires both understanding and experience—philosophy and practice working together. Many people accumulate knowledge without embodiment, or practice without comprehension. My work bridges these two dimensions.

In our sessions together, we don't just breathe—we explore the meaning and purpose behind the practice. We don't just discuss philosophy—we embody it through lived experience. This integration creates lasting change.

I work from a trauma-informed perspective, understanding that healing is not linear and that each person's journey is unique. My role is not to fix or diagnose, but to hold space, guide the process, and support your own innate wisdom in emerging.

Philosophy

My philosophical approach draws from diverse traditions—ancient Eastern wisdom, Western philosophy, contemporary consciousness research, and depth psychology. I'm particularly interested in Narcissism and how it is embedded in all layers of our society. Having personally gone through an unconscious narcissistic phase in my life, I am very aware of how harmful it can be to oneself and others.

Recognizing it gave me the chance to work with it, and after some time and a lot of effort, I could see how life became colorful instead of black and gray. Relationships with other human beings acquired more depth and, overall, I learned how to love myself—and therefore, other people.

Purpose

Why I Do This Work

I've witnessed many times the profound transformation that occurs when people reconnect with their breath and their deeper self. I've seen trauma released, joy rekindled, purpose discovered, and lives transformed.

God makes us climb a particular mountain so we can teach others how to do it. This work is my calling and my gift. If you're reading this, perhaps you feel the call too—the invitation to explore, to heal, to awaken, to live more fully. I would be honored to support you on this journey.

The Symbol

Conscious Connected — the infinity-lotus mark

Every Line
Carries Meaning

The mark combines an infinity symbol, water drops and leaves into a single unified icon — an abstract, modern form that speaks to the timeless nature of conscious breathwork.

01

The Infinite Loop

The infinity symbol at the heart of the mark represents the endless cycle of breath — inhale and exhale, forever returning, never exhausted. It is the rhythm that was there before you were born and will continue after every thought you've had today.

02

The Lotus Drop

Rising from the centre of the mark, the teardrop-lotus element represents emergence and awakening. Like the lotus that blooms from muddy water, conscious breathwork is the practice of returning to clarity from within difficulty.

03

The Living Leaves

Inside each loop of the infinity, leaf shapes breathe outward — growth rooted within the cycle. Nature does not force its seasons. Neither does the breath. Each leaf is a reminder that expansion is already in you.

04

The Two Dots

Flanking the mark on each side, two points of stillness: the conscious and the connected. Self and other. The in-breath and the out-breath. Balance that doesn't require effort — only presence.

05

The Colours

The gradient moves from deep Earth Red — grounded, ancestral, the body — to warm Gold, elevated and luminous. Olive crowns the top: the colour of nature, of growth, of something ancient and alive.
