What This Session Is
A Return to Yourself Through Breath
Dive into the powerful practice of Conscious Connected breathing in a private group setting, aiming to release stress and get to know yourself better. In a safe container and with an appropriate incorporation of the practice, this one event could represent a tipping point in your life, or at list, a good restart for the mind and body as we breathe and connect with the subtleties of life. The session starts with an introduction to the practice including some information about the breath, what to expect and how to navigate the journey. Then we will do a meditation to drop in and after the breathwork practice, one hour continuously breathing in and out with background music. Once the journey finishes, we will integrate the practice with gentle music and wake up the body bit by bit as we return to the space to close the experience with a sharing circle. This practice is beginners friendly, ask for contraindications before booking a session.
This is not a performance. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to prove. The breath does what words cannot — it moves through the body's layers, touching what has been held too long.

Arrival
You arrive and settle. We begin with a short conversation — what's present, what you're carrying, what you're seeking. There is no agenda beyond what you bring.
Breathwork
Lying down, supported, you enter the breath. I guide you through a circular connected breathing pattern — activating the body's natural capacity to process and release what words cannot reach.
Integration
We slow down. The breath settles. We sit with what arose — gently, without analysis. You leave with space inside you that wasn't there before.
