A Return to Yourself Through Breath
Existe una historia que repetimos en nuestra mente, un diálogo sobre lo que creemos que es la vida, cómo nos percibimos a nosotros mismos y a los demás. Esa historia moldea la forma en que experimentamos la realidad, y ese diálogo está influenciado por experiencias de todo tipo. Buenas o malas, algunas memorias que no han sido completamente procesadas pueden limitar nuestro potencial sin que siquiera lo notemos. Podemos sentir que algo no está bien, pero no sabemos nombrarlo, y perdemos poder. Al utilizar la respiración como herramienta, dejamos que las experiencias atraviesen el cuerpo, tomándolo todo HACIA ADENTRO, permaneciendo con las emociones que necesitan ser sentidas, para luego exhalarlo HACIA AFUERA, integrando el pasado y caminando por la vida con mayor liviandad. What Happens in a Session
Arrival
You arrive and settle. We begin with a short conversation — what's present, what you're carrying, what you're seeking. There is no agenda beyond what you bring.
Breathwork
Lying down, supported, you enter the breath. I guide you through a circular connected breathing pattern — activating the body's natural capacity to process and release what words cannot reach.
Integration
We slow down. The breath settles. We sit with what arose — gently, without analysis. You leave with space inside you that wasn't there before.
