A Session

What to Expect

All sessions are different — depending on set and setting, whether individual, group or online, the techniques applied will bring different outcomes. Overall, the structure of a session is as follows:

Arrival

We begin by settling the body and calming the mind. A gentle grounding practice creates safety and presence. Some information is shared upfront regarding the techniques to be used. Knowledge is power.

Guided Practice

You are mindfully guided through the practice step by step. This usually includes a meditation, breathwork and sometimes movement depending on what we are looking for.

Release

The body releases stored stress, tension and emotion. This is where transformation happens — effortlessly, naturally.

Integration

We close with stillness, gentle breathing and space to absorb what has arisen. There is time for you to share your experience and ask questions. You leave feeling grounded and clear.

After almost a decade of exploring meditation, breathwork and different philosophies as a hobby, I discovered the extraordinary power of conscious breathing to release emotional patterns and reconnect with myself — and that changed the game 360 degrees as I restructured my belief system from scratch.

Today I share my knowledge with individuals through breathwork sessions designed to support healing, clarity and personal growth. My approach is trauma-informed, deeply personal and grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern understanding.
